This exercise class is aimed at people who experience dizziness, have balance problems, mobility issues or suffer with falls.
The Tai Chi exercises are adapted from the ancient Martial Art of Tai Chi. The exercises will help to strengthen your body, makes you more active and incorporates mindfulness and relaxation to attain peace of mind.
It is completely safe and research has proven it to be very effective for treating balance problems and to improve confidence.
Meet new people and feel confident that the atmosphere will be very relaxed and not competitive. There will be people of all abilities attending so do not feel shy. Feel free to bring carers, friends and family for support.
